Is there a difference between purchasing tickets from the ticketing counter and purchasing an online ticket?

No. The online eTicket is a legitimate ticket valid for admission to the attractions in Puteri Harbour (depending on the type of ticket access is given to Sanrio Hello Kitty Town or Thomas Town)

What are the Terms and Conditions for the eTicket?

The Terms & Conditions are printed along with the eTicket :

  • Tickets sold are not refundable or exchangeable
  • All tickets are valid for single entry only and on the visit date indicated on this ticket
  • Unauthorized duplication of this ticket will prevent admission into the park. The barcode only allows for a single entry. If more than one copy is presented at the admissions gates, the barcode scanner will alert the staff whether the ticket has already been scanned. Only the first scan will be allowed entry. If the ticket has already been scanned, you will not be allowed to enter the park and will need to purchase another ticket to enter. The Management shall not be responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorized duplication of this ticket
  • Re-entry into parks is allowed as long as the visitor retains an untorn wristband.
  • Any alteration or mutilation on the ticket shall render it null and void
  • Age and/or physical restrictions may apply to certain rides; kindly refer to the information board posted at the entrance of all rides
  • The park will not be responsible for any unattended children
  • The Management, its staff and agents shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage of life and property within the premises
  • The Management and staff reserve the right to refuse entry and/or expel anybody from the premises in breach of the Terms and Conditions
  • Unauthorised business transactions or commercial activities shall be prohibited within the premises of the parks
  • Dangerous materials, explosives, weapons and/or sharp objects shall be declared and surrendered prior to admission
  • Commercial photography, filming and journalistic coverage shall be strictly prohibited
  • No outside food and beverages shall be allowed in the parks
  • No pets shall be allowed in the premises
  • The Management may vary the Terms and Conditions from time to time without any prior notice.

How do I use tickets purchased online

Follow these simple steps to use your eTickets.

Step 1 – Print the ticket from the email attachment.

Step 2 – Bring the printed ticket to the admission gates where a staff will let you into the park – upon validation of the ticket. Please see Terms & Conditions of use.

What if I cannot print my eTicket?

Don’t worry! In the rare instance that you do not receive an email confirmation or you do not have an internet-accessible handheld device present upon arrival at the themepark, just visit any ticketing counter to have your ticket re-issued for use at the theme parks.

To receive a re-issued ticket, please have the following on hand:

  1. The credit card you used to purchase your eTicket.
  2. A photo ID, such as a Malaysian identification card, driver’s license or passport.
  3. A printed copy of the initial order confirmation page

What should I do if I forget to bring my eTicket?

Don’t worry! If you’ve forgotten to bring the eTicket and you do not have an internet-accessible handheld device present upon arrival at the themepark, just visit any ticketing counter to have your ticket re-issued for use at the theme parks

Can I print more than one copy of my eTicket?

Yes. However each eTicket has its own unique number, so only the first use of your ticket— will allow admission to the themepark.

If you choose to print your eTicket, be sure to protect it and keep it in a safe place, just like you would with any other ticket. If more than one copy of an eTicket were to be used, a staff will be alerted – that the ticket has already been used and admission may be denied.
